Fake Ice Cream Cones

It's been a long time since I last posted! :D Hope everyone is having a good summer~ (I'm not a big fan of the heat :I)

Anyway, I made these for my friend's birthday this weekend. They are inspired by Bakerella's Ice Cream Cone Cake Pops.

I followed regular instructions for making red velvet cake balls (red velvet + cream cheese frosting) and put the mixture inside the cones. I put the ice cream cones in the fridge for a while to get firm before coating them in white chocolate with a spatula (to give it a realistic ice cream texture). They were then covered in either sprinkles or melted dark chocolate and topped with a peanut M&M. :3
